Oh how I miss you Brazil

I was asked to speak to a group of 3rd and 4th graders in their music classroom.  It was great to think back to my time living there and the many wonderful things from that beautiful place.  I was flooded with many wonderful memories!  I even made one of my favorite desserts "BRIGADEIROS" for these children.  Yummy chocolate balls made from sweetened & condensed milk, cocoa and butter.  Oh so yummy!  The kids loved them and so did Carter!  Now he regularly asks, "Mom can we make those chocolate balls again?"
